TESTING

Radon testing is simple and cost-effective. Tests are conducted for a minimum of 48 hours and are measured by our state-of-the-art radon measurement devices.

MITIGATION

EPA  guidelines recommend that action be taken to reduce in-home radon levels when they reach 4 pCi/l. A radon mitigation system pulls the radon from under the home’s basement or crawlspace floor and exhausts it outside. The installation will be completed the same day and utilizes 3 PVC pipe. Mitigation costs normally range from $800-$2000 depending on each home. All Radon Fix mitigation systems come with a complimentary post-installation radon test.
